      The only thing good about CH2M Toronto is salary and benefit is ok

      Cons

      Management is very weak. Keep professional and experienced people isolated, absolutely no ethical. Against company’s value no respect, on ethic no following little yellow book in Toronto branch. Mangers are not knowledgeable and just controls employees based on rumors and isolation . In case some employee claims his dignity or ethical he gets fired.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
