Pros
The work is clean and allows you to put your skills to use in so many different applications.
Cons
There is supposed to be a family oriented company, I feel it's selective in the choosing. I'm a recognized employee with input, which has been beneficial. I just had to go through to many channels which wouldn't normally be the case.
