Pros
Coming from the Marcellus Shale Gas Field, where I assumed the safety culture was strong. CH2M Has a far, far stronger culture of safety. Here they truly do hold safety as the number one priority over any other aspect of the job. In former jobs it was safety first, until it disrupted production.
Cons
The job specific training program could use some work. Safety training was above and beyond. but job specific was average
