      Pros

      Very good place to work. Associates were knowledgeable and willing to share information with one another. Corp vibe was relax and focus on just getting the job done. A number of perks were always given out.

      Cons

      Management mismanaged accounts and contracts. This was about the only down side other than that it was a great place to work.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
