      Pros

      People to work with are great! Management is clueless, not skilled in management skills, ethical behavior or knowledge of work to be done in an engineering company. They treat engineers and design staff as slaves that have no rights or knowledge. Engineering and design software is 3 to 5 years behind the competition. No software support.

      Cons

      Benefits are good except for current medical coverage. They are currently looking into changing insurance companies. Energy division is on a path of destruction, having closed several offices in the last few years. Additional offices have replaced knowledgeable management with lesser paid outsiders that are compromising quality.

      Thank you for the feedback. It’s always unfortunate when market conditions requires us to make tough decisions and those decisions often affect really good people. The oil and gas market downturn has certainly put pressure on a number of companies, including our clients who create demand for our services. Our hope is that when market conditions improve, great employees affected by the downturn will want to return to CH2M. Thanks, Matt

      Pros

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
