great flexibility do good work and you'll do well lots of opportunities if you are flexible with travel working with some of the smartest folks in the industry
Cons
during slow times little support from local management to find work constant change in the organization and upper management although they do support women "climbing the corporate ladder" I feel there is still room for improvement in equal pay for equal work salaries are not always competitive
