      Company has a great history and great to employees of all levels. Employee owned company. Provides excellent service to it's clients.

      Cons

      Has outside financial backing which dictates metrics on a cost/revenue basis. Employees while owners have zero impact on this company. Company has lost money on multiple projects and is currently committed to re-branding instead of client commitment

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
