      Pros

      As being a big company the work can be from some projects to the very large. So no one day is the same. Obtaining the experience you need to further your career is there. There are lots of groups which you can join, socially and for work related.

      Cons

      The training side of my career is very limited in what they provide. In that they would prefer you to ask others on how they do it rather then sending you on a course. The salary/career grades are confusing.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
