Pros

Pros for CF are in the rear view mirror. A lot of change in past two years that have not benefited the company, it's employees or shareholders.

Cons

Poor growth decisions have cost the company a lot of money. Moral is down, turnover at an all time high. Used to have very limited turnover. Not the same company I loved for years. Prior CEO ran a company that performed like a well oiled machine and people were appreciated. Now only Sr Mgmt is rewarded (read info online regarding their salaries) and many of them should be gone for poor business decisions and putting this company at risk. Shareholders are not seeing a future for their investments. CIO is far from being qualified, just spirally down, does not have the people skills to align the team. Company still produces and sells a lot of product though is not as respected in the industry as we used to be.

Pros

Free snacks and coffee Anonymous Employee Feedback I joined the company with a positive impression and a strong desire to contribute. Over time, however, my perception of the organization has changed significantly due to my experience with leadership and workplace culture. My primary concern is the lack of support from management. Employees need coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to succeed, especially when learning new processes or taking on additional responsibilities. Instead, I have often felt unsupported and left to navigate challenges on my own. There is also a perception of inconsistent treatment among employees. This has created concerns about fairness and has negatively impacted morale and trust within the team. When employees believe expectations are applied differently depending on the individual, it becomes difficult to remain motivated and engaged. Communication from leadership has not always been clear or constructive. Employees perform best when expectations are transparent and feedback is delivered in a way that promotes growth. Unfortunately, my experience has often left me feeling discouraged rather than supported. While the company offers opportunities and has many dedicated employees, leadership and culture have had a significant impact on my overall experience. I believe improvements in employee support, communication, accountability, and consistency would help create a more positive and productive work environment. This feedback is shared in the hope that it will encourage reflection and positive change for current and future employees.
