Pay is some of the best I've come across in the Chicago area for Sr. Analyst work Great opportunities for advancement/lateral moves Genuinely wonderful colleagues and managers - this just doesn't always translate to employee-centric or employee-friendly policies re: benefits
Cons
Vacation is ridiculously low - 2 weeks to start, another week added for every 5 years of employment. No parental leave policy (having to comply with FMLA is not parental leave) although they're looking at putting a paternity leave policy in place (still no maternity leave) Executives don't allow fully remote work - the new "flexible" policy dictates 3 days in office, 2 WFH with all employees required to be in office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
