      Pros

      My manager is great, the team I work with is for the most part really good.

      Cons

      Culture is gone, executives didn’t plan for post pandemic and it shows with their knee jerk reactions and poor communication. Pay is abysmal and recent employee stock offering was a joke. Layed-off 600+ coworkers, tells employees rein in spending and be responsible, then announces a new company acquisition. Oh, and they donated to the ‘Save America’ PAC. Can’t be for equality and inclusion when you donate to hate speech

      Pros

      Some good people still left there, but dwindling quickly. That's really it...the few decent coworkers left.

      Cons

      The great culture of the past is gone. Shareholder value is the only important metric now, and tenure/performance don't hold any value anymore to the EC. CDW is a shell of what it used to be for employee satisfaction across the board.
