      Pros

      Large company with many resources. Ability to advance quickly, depending on your department.

      Cons

      I worked in Global Workplace Solutions, where you work on client accounts. It can feel isolating from the rest of the company since you typically sit at the client's site and use their computers, etc. Additionally, you need to be prepared for some level of uncertainty around your employment status depending on the soundness of the account (i.e. downsizing of staff or loss of account).

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, work/life balance. Support moving around within the company. A large corporation, but humane. Very professional, employees are at the top of their game.

      Cons

      Departments are siloed. Not much personality or heart. Top down emphasis is on selling a product, room for improvement on progressing and prioritizing their data.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
