Pros

Some very good people there but as the company as gotten bigger it has loss its since of family and employees are no longer important, though they preach otherwise. The walk does not match the talk. Glad I am no longer there.

Cons

Job was eliminated four times and I got tired of the roller coaster. Employees are not important and subject to the whims of fickle customers. Employees often treated poorly by client and then CBRE compounds by wondering what is wrong with the employees (as the problem can not be with the client). Senior management knows they have an issue with a senior manager but refuse to do anything about it.

Pros

They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

Cons

My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
