Toxic environment - Program Manager CBRE Employee Review

Too much politics,there's no transparency across board. the employees are constantly trying to throw each other under the bus in order to impress Leadership and it works. Managers also focus on constantly impressing leadership at all costs so this pressure is passed down to non managerial employees. Company state they care about employees mental health & wellbeing but it's more of a facade, the focus is on delivery and results.
