      Exciting place to work if you are into global treasury and/or treasury management systems

      Cons

      Restrictive controls using the treasury management system. Controls oppressively rigid and chips away at employee moral. Stress is high because every mistake is noticed. Demand is that things get done at speed but roadblocks are put in the way that make that next to impossible.

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
