Fully vested 401k after 3 years service. Remote opportunities. Many talented employees/co-workers to learn from. Great company for people who just want a job and have no ambition.
Cons
CBRE DEI initiatives touted do not align with employee experience. It's more of a transactional, box-ticking program than actual effort to value diversity, create an equitable and inclusive workplace. Employee engagement and morale severely lacking despite corporate claims otherwise. Tenure and education are not acknowledged or rewarded. There's no accountability for management. Management lacks genuine leadership skills and the courage to do the right thing despite an emphasis on "RISE values." They just go through the motions. It's uninspiring and unmotivating.
