      Very few, pays market rates... just.

      Cons

      Very US focused, with EMEA seen as a nuisance that has to be tolerated. EMEA business very fragmented.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
