      Pros

      They're the leading commercial real estate company, therefore, they have all of their "amenities" (i.e. support systems to brokers) and it's top notch.

      Cons

      Not to many cons. It can feel a little stale if you're a young person as there are many "old guards" running the various departments.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
