      Pros

      It's a very large company with a great training program. Every one is friendly and willing to help, some one who is just starting, out.

      Cons

      However even though it is a very large company, that can sometimes be a con. Some days you might just feel like a number.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
