      Pros

      They paid well. Although they took away our bonuses, salary increases and did not honor any promises made before or after hire.

      Cons

      They allowed idiots with multiple complaints against them remain as managers. They allowed everyone with experience leave and wont renegotiate leases so cheap customers don't have to pay fairly for services paid for with blood, sweat and tears. CBRE just doesn't care about their own employees enough.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
