      Communication and Resources is application worthy , but management on site is poor and is usually only there with negative inputs and little true support

      Cons

      Company has little appeal for long term employment/lot's of turnover and normally management teams and other contingents are located out of state and do not realize what is going on.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
