Pros
I greatly enjoyed all of my colleagues at CBRE - everyone knows how to work hard, but also enjoys what they do. I felt as though the management team was always available and really listened to feedback, and that my career progress was equally as important to the team.
Cons
I personally did not hold a brokerage license, so the opportunities for me were quite limited - I would have been able to advance to a specialist if I got my license but there aren't many places to move up from this position.
