      Pros

      Dynamic, forward-thinking company that encourages innovation and refuses to rest on its laurels. A meritocracy with fair remuneration and opportunities for promotion. Very good internal training programmes as well.

      Cons

      A corporate behemoth with some of the expected negatives e.g. onerous levels of red-tape and compliance procedures and cheesy, clichéd management speak abounds from the upper levels.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
