Pros
Good work / life balance. If you are not looking for a huge paycheck and you want a job where you enjoy the people you work with, this is a great job. There are many wives working here that have a spouse that is the primary bread earner (not being sterotypical). The husband is bring in big money and the wives are ok with a low responsibility $40k a year job.
Cons
It is a corporation and bottomline drives everything. We have had all benefits cut during the economic downturn. Low overhead drives all decisions at the expense of the lower level employees.
