Pros
CBRE does offer fairly flexible schedules depending on your team and department. They have a lot of holidays and benefits that are fairly good.
Cons
CBRE underpays their employees accross the board by about 35% compared to other companies. They have yard games instead of giving employees a raise. Career advancement is minimal at best, unless you know the right people or are related to the right people. It does not matter how hard you work or what you know, if you do not get in with the right group you will not go anywhere.
