Pros

Global company, what can be good to live and work abroad for the employee who wants it and has good relationship with management (indication).

Cons

They don't take care of their employees (there is an old way to manage human resources), not so good benefits and lack of consideration when employee faces a not so good phase in her/his personal life (E.g.: the death of her/his parents or relatives). It is missing a good ERP system in Latin America and it is not organized as in other regions/countries. CBRE has just globally acquired the division I was working at (former Johnson Controls GWS). The transition project was very bad conducted with lack of basic definitions related to processes and flows. It is missing attention to Latin America region. The career depends on how works the employee relationship with management.

Pros

They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

Cons

My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
