      Pros

      A lot of in-house training; not all of it relevant. Respectful, professional environment. Prestigious employer with well-recognized reputation. A market leader in DC.

      Cons

      The bureaucracy and red tape make it difficult to deliver service to tenants and clients. The size of the DC office is such that one must constantly network in order to stay noticed and compete for assignments and promotions. It's easy to get lost in the pack.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
