      market competitive salary and benefits, global company allows for ability to transfer into other roles in other markets

      Cons

      Never leave your desk.... as a manager, all your time is spent performing accounting functions, processing in P2P, CORE, etc. Not where you want to work if you want to manage commercial real estate.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
