      Decent work life balance and nice office

      Cons

      Terrible culture, sexism and racism goes unchecked, inflated egos & generally all around poor culture - easily the worst place I’ve ever worked. It’s a big shame because outside of Capital Advisors, a lot of areas of CBRE have a really good culture.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
