Pros

Your experience will likely fall onto your account holder. In my time here all the CBRE staff, management, and coworkers, have all been fantastic. However, I've lost 2 accounts in 6 months due to bad clients. CBRE truly seems to care about us and fosters a healthy working environment with plenty of opportunities for advancement and additional trainings.

Cons

My only cons relate directly to the clients I've worked for through CBRE and have no bearing on my feelings towards the company.

Mandates without basis in reality, layoffs, Push for AI with no real plans or forethought.
