      Pros

      Company gives many opportunity on your daily tasks so no option for boring. Sallary always on time before months end. Quite good culture and comfortable office.

      Cons

      I think there is no sallary equal and you can work there for many years and not recive promotion for senior, and there are some teams with very chaotical leaders which value and promot that „nicer” coworkers.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
