I was hired being told they would be accommodating to my ADHD needs. I understand not everything is possible, but asking for reasonable accommodations such as an actual chair that isn't broken down and to be understood that I cannot pump out stuff like a robot considering the physical environment does not seem ridiculous.
We are not supported. I don't know who trains these people about neurodivergency but they need their money back. The environment (sounds, glaring lights, absolutely bland computer program,. constant interruptions, no support or encouragement) is everything that makes our doing our job harder.
CAI is absolutely not neurodivergent friendly. Not in Delaware, anyway. They don't know anything about what people with ADHD and autism need and are not interested in doing anything to help. Just come to work, pump out crap like a machine, don't make requests (they have been denied over and over again) and go home.
This company SUCKS.
