Pros

When the pandemic hit, the CAI management in Chicago was terrific. They supported my and my coworkers' fears about returning to the office. The micromanaging director is now gone and upper management in the office has changed. It remains to be seen whether the office in Chicago will get better.

Cons

The Chicago office is more interested in the bottom line. Me and my coworkers are a means to make a dollar and raises are few and far between. No 401K Matching. There are little to no accounts that are not public sector. Favoritism.

We prioritize our employees’ work experiences and take pride in providing a meaningful culture. We continuously improve our compensation and benefits packages through listening to our employees and completing deep industry research. Over the last year, as an example, we have added a 401k match, extended maternity and paternity leaves, supplied a robust employee assistance program, and provided many other improvements for our employee base. We also offer engaging open forums, ERG-hosted fundraisers, and many other opportunities for interaction across the enterprise.
