      Pros

      It is a nice working environment and is very family friendly. They provide a great work life balance.

      Cons

      Don't expect to get raises. In the off chance that you do, don't expect more than 5%. Don't expect to get promoted unless you are related to someone in upper management. It is an "Old Boys" club.
