      Pros

      Gives you some customer service experience and people skills. Thats about it

      Cons

      Poor management, technology failed daily and for a tech company that shouldnt happen. Terrible pay and no possibility for bonuses and terrible employee retention, maybe 3 months at best.

      Overtime is available and easy to get after a couple of month
