Basic Salary was fair, work-life balance.
Cons
As a CSR (Client Services Representative), you're not responsible only for CS related jobs; but the sales, marketing, event mgmt, I.T., office admin, accounts, manager's assistant, even the queries regarding newsroom will come to you, cause there's NO SUPPORT. The business is solely rely on newswires services (declining industry...) not much other products to sell. The compulsory add-on are meaningless and confusing clients. Annual bonus was embarrassing. Stop PAYING for 5-star review.
