Pros
Very few. working on Christmas day was well payed along with a nice hamper filled with goodies.
Cons
Often the team leaders are only TL's because they've been there for a long time. Despite being total idiots. Working for Dyno on the phones, having to keep all calls to under a few minutes reduces customer service ability. people rewarded for bad customer service. Bonus does not exist. physically impossible to attain. The boss man though is a bit of a numpty. later on Company called to say they had over payed me and i had to repay 12 pounds. Classy.
