Toxic Work Environment - Learning and Performance Executive British Airways Employee Review

The toxic work environment has lasted for many years, this has caused many staff to become numb to the endless amount of poor management. Us Learning and Performance Executives are now expected to train to OFSTED levels, without adequate training to do so. I’ve never felt so unhappy in a job in my life, this has caused many mental health problems - I can’t even get time of work to go to appointments to treat my issues that the company and it’s management has caused.
