Pros
HQ building is a nice place to work Employees typically are good people who do care about getting customers from A to B in comfort and style.
Cons
Parent company IAG making many departments cut staff to meet ever demanding greed for more and more profit. Makes sense for the shareholders but sadly it's to the detriment of an important asset such as the workforce.
