Pros

• Large established enterprise • Competitive salary • High energy and internal engagement if you're looking to network

Cons

- High demands of time and energy beyond realistic expectations, often working grueling 60+ hour work weeks - If you're a person of color you will feel alienated and alone as the company is predominately white and unabashedly unashamed about it (and unashamed about not making room specifically for more African American people - If you share requests for any points of understanding that diverge from the status quo you will be seen and labeled as disruptive and retaliated against in the form of "quiet demotion" = being locked out of tasks and opportunities - Actions are taken in poor taste - emailing employees on weekends and asking for tasks and updates on work events and issues - Despite chronicling a long documented history of high performance and even external praise and validation from enterprise customers the company will undervalue you if you happen to identify as female and there is a male who is tangentially related to any project you have worked on on in any way - Documented cases of males in the exact same role and title making more annually in salary and bonus than females and people of color here, in 2023
