Pros
Booz has amazing work-life balance and very interesting work. I enjoyed my time here, but the last few months since the US administration change has caused tons of uncertainty. Booz has top-notch benefits and professional development. The culture feels a bit "faceless corporate", but everyone I've met is knowledgeable, kind, and willing to help. Awesome OCONUS opportunities.
Cons
The bench time for tech workers was historically long (3-6 months from my POV) before they give you a separation letter when I first got here, but now I'm seeing tech workers being given a severance letter same-day a contract was killed. The bench is currently full of good skilled workers who can't find contracts. Booz was also very pro-remote, but this changed as well with remote positions dropping to near-nothing. The bench used to be a place where you can sit moderately comfortable while looking for a new job and up-skilling. Now, it's very uncomfortable and we weren't allowed to do any sort of training/up-skilling in preparation for a new job. DEI got dropped like a lead brick in the ocean. They're still hiring the best people available, but not using any of those words in DEI
