      Pros

      Great name and heritage. Pay is very good and the ECAP is unmatched. Can be a sandbox if you're lucky.

      Cons

      Nearly all of the workforce are back-filling government employees as SETA contractors. You don't consult anyone, it's just another job.

      Pros

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.

      Cons

      Rigid review structure that limits and delays promotion opportunities despite successful delivery on contract.
