Pros
Still a good brand name, although after the split the reputation of the firm and its employees is gradually degrading. Terrific work-life balance, lots of paid time off and reasonable core work hours.
Cons
No longer in the consulting business, more of a staffing agency and government contractor. Average length of project is well in excess of 6 months depending on group and client. The company makes money on staffing on client site, so the typical employee will have minimal connection to the Booz Allen home office. On site does not mean staying in a hotel and eating fancy dinners, rather commuting on your own dime to the client daily.
