Pros
6% company match on your 401k, most people are great to work with.
Cons
Doesn’t pay as well as the rest of the federal contracting companies, the 6% match is given at the end of the year so if you leave in December you won’t get that match, they try to trap you with FlexEd saying you will owe the company money if you leave before the 18 month grace period after you take flex ed, the “values” that they have always touted ring hollow now that they have bent the knee to a wanna be king, and the laid off 8% of the work force while committing an unknown amount of money to the Trump ballroom. My advice to people who go want to work here… run. This company is not what it used to be. They don’t care about their people anymore, they just want you to be billable and available for clients, and they will no longer support you if a client is in the wrong.
