Pros
- Friendly colleagues. - Good pay considering age and experience. - Chance for more hours. - Employee benefits (discount, seasonal offers). - Flexible with holidays.
Cons
- Inconsistent management, 3 different managers in the space of a year. - Rota was hard to get hold of, paper copy only and distributed late in the week, hard to prepare for any plans outside of work in advance. - Frequent difficult customers, and often hard to get a hold of a senior team member for assiantance when needed. - Minimal training - learn on the job approach. - Little means of communication with management team, had to call the shop directly and be transferred to manager, this made communication hard and also often the shop phone wouldn't be answered.
