Pros

Their Google style office hides a multitude of insidious sins.

Cons

Blackbaud are an exploitative employer who take advantage of young workers by putting them on a sham “apprenticeship” program. This is so they can pay them under £5 an hour to be their customer services advisors. The “apprenticeship” teaching has absolutely nothing to do with the job and is purely in place so they can pay young folks less than half of what they deserve and what their older colleagues are paid!

Was able to grow professionally, and be pushed to be the best employee possible

Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

Pros

Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

Cons

Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
