Pros

Some good hearted co-workers Decent pay Rank and file want to help non-profits (the execs only care about $$)

Cons

Where to begin.... Untrustworthy management. Brown-nosing wins above all else. Company protects sexual harassment if the accused brings in enough revenue. Company charges financially burdened non-profits helping women and children 3k per year in which the product delivered costs .50 or 1.00 to run (yes you read that correctly - disgusting really). Company in the game to make $$ off of the backs of non-profit donors - not to help the "cause". Trust me. The products break and clients want to leave - but can't - due to many reasons. Disconnected upper management and executives - these dudes don't care about you - they are in it to syphon as much money off of clients and BlackBaud employees as they can. Do not expect fair treatment with wages or commissions, period. Overall - the company is a mess of bad karma, broken dreams, and crap products. Unless you are desparate - run away from BlackBaud - far, far away. Hypocrisy to the MAX - company treats employees the exact opposite of the "mission statement". To the point of hilarity.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment and good PTO

Cons

Extremely toxic sales culture here with boys club and clear favoritism. Sales director and VP are the reason for this as they are extremely unprofessional. Mass exodus is for a reason and unsure why HR is ignoring claims on sexism and favoritism with every female employee that seems to be leaving. No career growth or opportunities unless you are part of the boys club here as it is apparently and obvious. Ask the right questions before considering a job here. You are unable to be successful here with onboarding because of completely out of touch and delusional sales trainers. Seems like we are in a complete clown show here!
