Blackbaud is committed to creating internal systems that seem designed to prevent any customer from receiving proper support. Morale in support is rock bottom. People joke about suicide being a positive alternative to coming into work the next day. Not enough time is given to us to do our jobs, making working on weekends somewhat mandatory if you want to succeed. Training is grossly insufficient, or more likely not available. It is very sink-or-swim. If I get up from my computer to go to the bathroom, I *will* receive a call from my manager asking why I'm impacting my metrics, which govern everything I do, minute by minute.
