      Pros

      Nice people, work from home and decent paycheck

      Cons

      Blackbaud does not train their people, there is no support and you have no one to back you up if and when something goes wrong. The company is in verticles and employees don't have knowledge of the company or personel outside of their verticles. Horriblly managed company.
