Pros

They give great vacation, most of the low level employees are great to work with.

Cons

Remote work a thing of the past. They have had layoffs every year since 2012. Vacation is a joke especially in professional services. Yes you get 4 weeks BUT they expect you to plan out at the beginning of the Year all 4 weeks including sick time, YES I said including sick time. Also good luck on enjoying it, the utilization goals are so high you have to work during your vacation, weekends, or late at night. Bonuses are a joke now, if you get them they will just Nerf your team by joining you with a non performing team, guess what bye bye bonuses. They say it is part of the reorganization (That they do every year). See a pattern yet? Also so many people are leaving.. guess who gets their work when someone leaves? Most Likely You. This is why many folks work during their vacation, weekends, or late at night. If you're going to work in professional services get ready to embrace angry and confused customers. The Sales folks are pushed so hard to make sales that they have to cut corners in facts department on what the customer gets. Guess who gets to tell them the truth? that's right you got it, You do.
